BlueScope Completes Sale of Interest in Tata BlueScope Steel JV
BlueScope advises that the sale of its interest in Tata BlueScope Steel to its joint venture partner, Tata Steel, was completed on 31 December 2025, on terms agreed when announced on 13 November 2025.
