Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull visited BlueScope's Port Kembla steelworks late in 2017 to speak to outgoing CEO Paul O'Malley about energy availability and to thank him for his contribution to the industry.
Mr Turnbull and his Energy Minister Josh Frydenberg toured the plant and spoke at length at a press conference afterwards about the benefits of the government's national energy guarantee (NEG).
