In between our Basic Oxygen Steelmaking (BOS) and Slabmaking facilities in Port Kembla, there is an equally important department: Steel Treatment.
This is where our 'fleet' of equipment is maintained and our steel chemistry and temperature are fine-tuned. In amongst it all is a chemical laboratory as well—everything is there to ensure that our steel is of the highest possible quality. Watch the clip to see our people and technology in action!
