On 13 July 2022, our Basic Oxygen Steelmaking (BOS) facility at the Port Kembla Steelworks celebrated its 50th anniversary! This is a crucial piece of our manufacturing infrastructure in Australia, which converts liquid iron into steel. To mark this significant milestone, we collected a range of historical footage and interviews with current people at the BOS—asking them to share their experiences of working together at the site and how things have changed.
