On 20 February 2023, BlueScope Steel Limited released its half year financial results for the six months ended 31 December 2022.

On 21 September 2022 BlueScope hosted an ESG Investor Briefing Day following the release of our Sustainability Reporting suite.

On 15 August 2022, BlueScope Steel Limited released its full year financial results for the 12 months ended 30 June 2022.

BlueScope today announced that it has entered into a binding agreement to acquire the Coil Coatings business from Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc (NYSE:CNR) for US$500 million, subject to customary adjustments. Coil Coatings is the second largest metal painter in the US, with a total capacity of around 900,000 tonnes per annum across seven facilities, predominantly serving commercial and industrial construction applications. 

BlueScope’s Chief Financial Officer, Tania Archibald, today spoke at the ASX CEO Connect Virtual Conference.
