BlueScope employees take pride in coming up with new ways of working to improve their workplace.  At BlueScope’s Steelscape, Kalama plant in Washington State, thanks to the perseverance of employees in seeing their idea through to fruition, new troughs on railroad cars that ship coils from the site are more efficient to load, safer to use, and more cost-effective.
